1. Two skills that I have developed through experience is customer relations and sales of products and services. Two skills that are natural to me would be being able to gauge and read the room, and the ability to connect well with people.
I believe the skills will be helpful to me in my career in many ways. Having customer relationship experience is important in an industry where you’re directly dealing with customers. Putting the combination of those two together creates a successful sales experience.Â
There are definitely a few skills that I need to develop for future success. It’s one thing to have an employee who can manage it for you, but it’s also another thing to be able to navigate through it. Should you ever need to. Understanding how to read a spreadsheet also helps you to make sure you’re not having money stolen or to understand where money is coming from and where its going.Â

Many innate skills can describe me, but when it comes to the workplace, I believe perseverance and honesty are essential qualities. It is imperative to possess these skills when working with people, specifically in mental health. We have to be honest with them in order to win their confidence, and we have to be persistent if we want to help them achieve the goals that they have set for themselves. Having abilities such as these, however, is essential for any employment.Â
