What have the Researchers Learned about Network Security Issues in Social Media?
Social media usage has posed the greatest threat to the privacy of over 74% of its users as it exposes personal data through breaches and identity theft. This trend increases with the number of people using the platforms (Saravanakumar et al., 2015). Researchers found a solution to the challenge and reinstated privacy in social media usage to ensure that people’s data are safe and that no hackers could take advantage of them. The leading solutions included training, policy-making, and investment in software that enabled the people to remain safe at all times. Training and software solutions mitigated the challenge by ensuring that people using social media platforms are protected (Saravanakumar et al., 2015). On the other hand, the policy instilled punishment for offenders, making them avoid using social media to extract other people’s data for personal gain. In India, the rate of data breaches due to social media usage was increasing exponentially (Mathias & Suma, 2018). As a result, individuals sustained losses in both personal and business life. However, the government set up a data protection policy that allowed training and installation of protection software and punished offenders. Consequently, the security issues were mitigated in the long run. Successful implementation of a data protection policy to regulate and monitor social media use and punish offenders will have a significant positive impact on the usage of social media platforms (Mathias & Suma, 2018).
Literature Review
Social media has long been a significant part of the lives of human beings across the globe (Saravanakumar et al., 2015). The popularity of various social media sites has grown tremendously and steadily year after year. The literature review, in this case, considers the different social networking sites, which include Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, TikTok, and many others. The review factored in sources that focused on network security issues regarding social media use. It examined the significant points associated with social media use and how network security plays a role in the process. It was discernible that many social media users have prominently experienced network security problems. Saravanakumar et al. (2015) of the articles used surveys and systematic reviews to collect evidence on the network issues associated with social media sites.

Ponzi Schemes and Crypto Currency
The usage of Cryptocurrency and Ponzi schemes has been on the rise but, the high fluctuation rates and uncertainty make 83% of its users end up in unprecedented losses rendering them bankrupt (Galletta & Pinelli, 2023). Researchers have investigated ways of ensuring that losses due to the Ponzi schemes are ended once and for all. The rising swindling has gained global attention because of the methods used by scammers to steal from unsuspecting investors. The researchers discovered that when there is a massive investment in machine learning and detection platforms, all the Ponzi schemes and crypto fraud will be avoided. The strategies lower the rate of crypto losses and empower investors only to take part in legit businesses that would lead to profits in the discourse. Fraudulent crypto schemes have ravaged society, and investors are falling prey to untrustworthy traders; however, an installation of deep machine learning which would detect unusual activity and report the scam and make the investors safe at all times, the global community must therefore leverage machine learning and other software detection for safety (He et al., 2019).
Literature Review
Introduction
Cryptocurrency swindling is increasingly becoming an international concern, with numerous sources indicating a rise in the occurrence and losses from cryptocurrency fraud (Trozze et al., 2022). Due to the rise in cryptocurrency fraud, there is a need to research common issues and Ponzi schemes related to cryptocurrency and how the cases can be minimized. The literature review contained only research articles about Ponzi schemes about cryptocurrency. Factors that were reviewed by the research articles were blockchain fraud, pseudo-anonymity, fraudulent behavior, smart Ponzi contracts, Ethereum security, and top influencer on blockchain fraud. The literature review used EBSCO Host, Gale, and ProQuest databases from the Monroe College Library. The search terms used to compile pertinent articles were blockchain fraud, Ponzi schemes in Ethereum, fraud in CryptocurrencyCryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and CryptocurrencyCryptocurrency and security.

What Have Researchers Learned About Poverty in Pakistan
Four out of ten people in Pakistan lack the most basic communities to take care of their lives due to poverty, a trend that fluctuated for the past decade, with the highest rate of 84.5% in 2018 (Ullah & Chishti, 2023). Researchers have found that poverty is a preventable problem in the country if the necessary policies are implemented. The increased population growth of 1.86, the highest in the world, imbalanced taxes, and the highest. Research conducted in Iceland realized that the country had the lowest poverty rate at 4.4%, courtesy of the different policies used to lower the taxation rates (Bashir et al., 2021). Adjusting the tax policies was one of the country’s mitigation strategies to lower the poverty rate. Pakistan can also apply the policy and incorporate other actions to ensure its poverty rate has been resolved. I. A number of policies and other strategies have been put in place to ensure that poverty has been eradicated in the said nation and applying strategies similar to those applied in Iceland to eradicate poverty considerably (Hassan et al., 2021). The poverty levels in Pakistan have been fluctuating over time, and, therefore, mitigation measures are needed, such as enacting appropriate taxation policies and improving education levels, which is a catalyst for improved living standards.
Literature Review
Introduction
Pakistan is in poverty, which indicates that citizens do not have enough income or spending to maintain a certain quality of life (Ullah & Chishti, 2023). Assessing the poverty rate by location aligns with the sustainable development goal (SDG) number 1 and is crucial for reducing poverty in Pakistan. The literature review conducted herein referenced only those sources pertaining to the state of poverty in Pakistan. The literature review analyzed various factors like the distribution of poverty by location, the factors that promote the intergenerational transfer of poverty among the population, and the impact of income support groups in alleviating poverty. The author used the Monroe College Library’s databases to evaluate the literature, including ProQuest and EBSCO Host. The key terms and phrases essential for selecting relevant literature included poverty, area, Pakistan, support program, and household size.

Pollution Issues in India
Introduction
A research study by Bagepally and Rakesh (2022) indicated that most of the top 50 most polluted cities across the world in 2022 were in India, with Delhi, one of the more polluted areas, surpassing the safe limit of fine particulate matter (PM2.5) by 20 times. Environmental pollution across the country comes in different ways, and the commonality is they all have devastating levels. Air, water, and land pollution are all prominently experienced in various regions around the country (Bagepally & Rakesh, 2022). The major effects have been quite adverse with every part of the ecosystem in one way or another. Ambient air pollution has been associated with respiratory and cardiovascular illnesses such as asthma, chronic bronchitis and lung cancer (Gupta & Dhir, 2021). Hundreds of thousands of Indians perish every year due to contact with contaminated water. Pollution not only affects the lives of people but also affects animals and plants. Given the substantial rise in pollution in Indian cities and the effects that the pollution has had on the environment, people, animals as well as plants, it is imperative that there are stringent laws and regulations that will ensure that appropriate measures for protecting the environment are strictly followed (Sasmita et al., 2022).
Literature Review
Introduction to Literature Review
India ranks as the second most polluted country in the world, with the entirety of the country’s population living in areas with a yearly average particulate level of pollution exceeding the guidelines established by WHO (Gupta & Dhir, 2021). Addressing pollution is essentially the main goal of the different climate change agreements that India happens to be part of. The literature review was predicated on articles that focused on the country’s pollution state. The articles incorporated in the review feature different aspects associated with pollution issues. The key elements included consideration of pollution by region with emphasis on the urban regions, the nature of pollutants, and the impact of pollution in the country. The situation that India is facing is adverse, to say the least. The research articles were sourced from different databases, which included Web of Science, ProQuest, and EBSCO Host. The key terms factored in the search process were pollution, air pollution, environmental pollution, and India.
